STUART DORRILL MSc., BSc.
Stuart is the founder of BodyForce and the driving force behind the continual development of all of the programmes.
Stuart has created one of the countries most exciting and unique fitness concepts - Caveman Conditioning, which is changing the way outdoor group fitness is viewed. On top of this, Stuart has worked with thousands of everyday 'weekend warriors' over a 10 year period, as well as working with many elite athletes, and high-profile clients, including award winning band - The 1975.
His experiences is also supported within academia - holding both a Sport Science BSc and Masters in Sports Performance and Strength & Conditioning. A combination of this theoretical and experienced based knowledge has allowed Stuart to develop evidenced based training principles which are not only more effective, but also ahead of the fitness curve - setting the standards, and not following them.
Bethan has inspired and motivated many people to share her love of running and the camaraderie that flows from it. She has coordinated the development and delivery of three incredibly successful C2-5k programmes, which have quite literally taken (mainly) novice runners from their couches to running 5k and beyond, but more importantly, she has helped to change their mind-set about running.
Bethan believes passionately that running is about so much more than how fast or how far you can run; she believes that the positive mental health benefits and the subsequent boost to one’s self esteem - along with the camaraderie and friendships that develop – are priceless.
In addition to her many years’ of running experience, Bethan is also an England Athletics’ qualified Coach in Running Fitness and she continues to work with England Athletics to enhance her running-knowledge.
Those of you that know Bethan will be delighted to learn that she is a key part of The Olney Way to Run, just as she is excited to open the next chapter on her running journey.
Charlotte’s passion lies in motivating people to reach their full potential with her infectious energy and passion to help people get fitter.
Since joining the team in 2018, Charlotte has spearheaded the development and launch of the successful 'FiiT' group training programme - implementing some of the most up to date training methods - to make one of the most comprehensive training programmes there is.
Coming from a background in professional dance and dance teaching she understands that different people like to train in different ways.
She is very experienced in improving general fitness and health and considers exercise to be a vital element in maintaining a healthy and happy lifestyle.
Charlotte believes exercise should be fun and enjoyable, but is a firm believer that hard work is crucial when wanting to meet goals and see results.
Neil’s ability to empower and educate clients alongside his attention to detail has stood himself out from the crowd of conventional trainers.
Neils' made such an impact since starting with Bodyforce in 2014, he became the first person to launch Caveman Conditioning Milton Keynes and Woburn.
Having previously played professional Rugby – Neil’s ‘make up’ had made him a powerful and inspiring team leader. His no nonsense, but yet friendly approach means that Neil makes it simple and clear cut for clients to learn new and more advanced training methods, which is important because Neil’s mantra is to get ‘ordinary’ people to train in an ‘extra-ordinary’ way.
Neil has a proven track record of having succesfull run his own business - Caveman Conditioning Milton Keyens, as well as working with various individuals who are not only starting out, but also more established individuals also.
