All members and visitors are required to accempt the following terms and conditions.
Health notice - from us to you.
Whilst we will use our professional experience and knowledge to suggest which exercises you perform, we will respect your decision and allow you to make your own decisions about what exercise you perform.
We will make every effort to ensure all equipment and facilities are in a safe condition for your use and enjoyment.
We will ensure our staff are all qualified to the minimum industry standard set out by the register of exercise professionals.
Health notice – from you to us
You will complete a full health form (PARQ) prior to any exercise and it is your responsibility to make known any health issues to us, and keep us updated on any changes.
You should be aware of all of the rules and instructions of the exercises, facilities, and administration processes of the business to comply with health and safety.
You should not exercise beyond your own abilities. If you know or are concerned that you have a medical condition that might interfere with you exercising safely then you should get advice from a relevant medical professional and follow that advice before using our equipment and facilities.
You should make yourself aware of any rules and instructions, including warning notices. Exercise carries its own risks. You should not carry out any activities which you have been told are not suitable for you
You should notify your trainer of any existing or new medical conditions before you commence an activity.
You should let us know immediately if you feel ill when exercising, using our equipment or facilities.
Our staff members are not qualified doctors, but there will be a person available who has first aid training.
You accept that we hold the right to deem an individual to be not suitable for an exercise session and will refuse training if necessary.
It is important that you sign in prior to every session on the relevant document as detailed by your trainer.
Your sessions which require on-line bookings should be done so prior to the session on your own profile. We reserve the right to refuse your access to a training session if you have not booked into a session.
Ensure you arrive on time to session. We reserve the right to prevent an individual train if they are more than 5 minutes late to a session due to the detrimental impact of insufficient warm up and disruption to the group.
You are responsible for your own medical requirements, clothing and footwear for the duration of the services provided by us. We accept no responsibility for any personal property lost, damaged or stolen at any sessions or events run by us. Personal items left with the trainer may not be secured and are left entirely at your own risk.
All indoor group sessions must be booked in prior to arrival. Failure to book into a session may results in you unable to attend the session which will be decided by the trainer on duty.
All sessions bookings require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will initially be communicated with you on the first occurance. Should there be a second occurance you will be 'bumped down' the sign up list to the same session the following week. If there is a third time you will receive a call to discuss issues regarding booking sessions. Failure to adhere to this fair use policy will result in your training being suspended from all Bodyforce group sessions.
The information you have provided us strictly confidential and is stored in a safe location (physical), and document (digital) and you may ask for your details to be removed at any time by contacting us; email@example.com. You may receive emails from us if you have opted in via our health form, or online opt in service.
What information do we collect about you?
In order to fulfill the requests of site users, you may be requested to provide some or all of the following information:
Your E-mail address
Your mailing/postal address
Your delivery address
Your telephone number
Your contact details.
Caveman Conditioning collects personal information when you register with us or place an order. We also collect information e.g. when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions. Website usage information is collected using cookies.
When registering for the newsletter, your e-mail address and, if applicable, your name will be used for Office Depot own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. The unregistration is possible at any time.
How will we use the information about you?
We collect and process information about you only for the indicated purpose(s), including to:
Understand your health
Deliver products based on your interests
Improve the quality of our products and develop new ones
Improve of site design and security.
All personal data will be treated confidentially. The personal data collected about you will be processed, used and stored for the purpose of processing and executing your order including credit checks, personalization of the website, marketing activities.
All monthly memberships are to be set up via standing order as provided by your 'home location' on the 1st of every month.
Your membership allows you to attend the relevant number of session associated with that cost, as detailed on your 'home location' page. Sessions can only be used for the location which they have been purchased for and cannot be transferred across locations.
Your memberships are 'sessions per month' and you are eligible to use your sessions 'as and when' you like within that month which payment has been made for. Sessions which are not used within the month cannot be 'carried over' into another month.
Any sessions which are attended on top of your membership will be charged at the 'pay as you go' rate.
'Long months' result in receiving the average weekly session allocation for you at no extra cost. For example, for a 8 session membership within a month of 5 week will allow you to have 10 sessions within than month at your usual monthly fee.
You are responsible to contact your bank to cancel or make any amendments to your standing order mandate. All standing order payments are non-refundable.
Your location may change timetable. You will be notified with 30 days notice should there be any changes to your location timetable.
All information provided to us remains confidential and is stored in a safe location.
In the course of your membership, we may collect certain personal information about you including personal details and information about your health. We will use this information for purposes including managing your membership and communicating with you. You will always be given the opportunity to opt out of such communications via the website. You have the duty to keep your personal information up to date and to inform us of any significant changes.
We will limit access to the processing of and use of your personal information to our employees and management who may, from time to time, require its use for marketing or other services.
Please inform us if you have any questions or concerns about how we will use and store your personal information or if you wish to exercise your right to access, modify, object to the use of or request the deletion of your personal information.
We reserve the right to take photographs of our facilities (which may include you, provided your inclusion is incidental) for press and promotional purposes.
When you sign up to our online booking system you will be asked to chose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify BodyForce immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account
Changes to these terms and conditions
In the event that you have a problem or difficulty with 'us' or any goods or services please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
You agree to make a good faith effort to work out problems with 'us' directly before invoking legal process. Similarly, we will make reasonable business efforts to work out problems directly with you before the company takes other steps.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change. You will be notified of any change to these Terms and Conditions that have a significant effect on your membership. Amended Terms and Conditions will be published on this website.
Failure to comply with the terms and conditions will result in termination of an individual’s access to all BodyForce services with immediate effect.
These Terms and Conditions have been updated and effective as of 25th May 2018.
Limitation of liability
By signing your initial "Enlistee" contract and/or attending classes, events, activities, and other programs and using BodyForce facilities and equipment, you hereby acknowledge on behalf of yourself, your heirs, personal representatives and/or assigns, that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in the strenuous nature of the BodyForce. You acknowledge that you have voluntarily chosen to participate in a program of intense physical exercise. You acknowledge that BodyForce strongly recommends that you consult with your physician prior to commencing any class. You also acknowledge that some of these risks cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. You further acknowledge that the specific risks vary from one activity to another, but range from (1) minor injuries such as scratches, bruises, and sprains; (2) major injuries such as eye injury or loss of sight, joint or back injuries, heart attacks, and concussions; and (3) catastrophic injuries including paralysis and death. At all times, you shall comply with all stated and customary terms, posted safety signs, rules, and verbal instructions given to you by instructors and staff. In consideration of being allowed to participate in and access the BodyForce sessions and facilities, you hereby (1) agree to assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage which are sustained or aggravated by you in relation to the BodyForce brand or facilities, (2) release, indemnify, and hold harmless BodyForce, subsidiary affiliate entities and franchisees, and each of their respective members, employees and representatives and agents, and each of their respective successors and assigns and all others, from any and all responsibility, claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities to the fullest extent allowed by law arising out of or in any way related to participation in the BodyForce sessions or BodyForce facilities, and (3) represent that you (a) have no medical or physical condition that would prevent you from properly using any of BodyForce sessions and facilities, (b) do not have a physical or mental condition that would put you in any physical or medical danger, and (c) have not been instructed by a physician to not participate in physical exercise. You acknowledge that if you have any chronic disabilities or conditions, you are at risk in participating in BodyForce sessions and use of studio facilities, and should not be participating in any sessions.

Where does the name originate?
