'The Olney Way To Run' Training camp is brought to you by BodyForce founder - Stuart Dorrill and Bethan Courtman. TOWTR camp is designed to provide you with a detailed and individuliased programme which covers all the key areas needed to improve running performance and minimise the risk of injury.
This monthly package is for one monthly only and sessions do not carry over into another month
Please be aware that ALL SESSIONS REQUIRE ONLINE BOOKINGS.
TOWTR PAYG (single session)
- Tuesday evenings strength and conditioning sessions AND Saturday morning sessions require bookings prior to the session.
- You require a working and active email account or Facebook profile to access the booking system.
- You will need to create a profile and sign up to your sessions to we are aware of numbers.
