We understand that everyone has different goals and motivating factors. Your training can be individualised, based on what you want to achieve. Your previous experience and any history of injury can be factored in to your program.
As part of our holistic plan, we can also cover nutrition, hydration and sport psychology.

The one hour sessions are made up of high Intensity non choreographed Interval training. This means, your training is effective, time-efficient, and individualised. You’re always challenged to your maximum, delivering ultimate results.
