My job is to make you a more robust and stronger athlete - with the ultimate goal to improve your performance. My academic experiences are within Sports Science which means that my philosophies are evidenced based and are founded on sound principles.

In addition to my academic experience, my portfolio ranges from professional Football, assisting the England Rugby® national medical team. In addition I have coached numerous sub-elite, to professional’s sports men and women across sports from long distance running, various triathlon disciplines to Atlantic Ocean rowing.
